Job summary

Lumana is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to optimize our go-to-market engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will partner with GTM leaders to drive operational excellence through data, systems, and strategy.

In a fast-paced global startup, you will own forecasting, reporting, enablement workflows, and dashboards, ensuring alignment and measurable growth. This role requires experience with CRM/automation tools, strong analytics, and the ability to influence across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in Revenue/Sales/Business Operations within SaaS or tech.
• Experience supporting GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CS) in scaling startups.
• Deep understanding of CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets; Excel/Sheets, SQL or BI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence across levels.
• Bias toward action and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Global mindset; experience working with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, measure, and improve key funnel metrics with GTM leadership.
• Own forecasting, pipeline health, and funnel conversion analysis.
• Manage and optimize GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong) for accuracy.
• Build dashboards and reports informing strategic decisions and accountability.
• Lead deal desk operations: quotes, approvals, and contract accuracy.
• Develop playbooks and process docs to scale as the company grows.
• Partner with Finance and Product to connect revenue data to business outcomes.
• Other duties may be assigned.
