Job summary

Luminate Data, LLC is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to bring order, insight, and speed to how our go-to-market teams work. You’ll own the systems, data, and processes that connect Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring a clean data foundation and reliable reporting.

As an individual contributor, you’ll drive AI/automation initiatives, build real-time dashboards, and partner with leaders to improve funnel conversion. Hybrid role with strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related analytics/systems.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChurnZero, Salesloft, Clay, and ZoomInfo.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills; ability to distill large data sets into insights.
• Comfort with AI tools and automation to improve process efficiency.
• Confident presenting to executives and translating data into a clear narrative.
• Proven track record of building or improving processes in fast-paced environments.
• Bias toward action and ownership; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, ChurnZero, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Clay, ZoomInfo).
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership on pipeline, forecast, and revenue performance.
• Turn large data sets into clear, actionable insights to shape GTM strategy.
• Design and document lead routing, opportunity management, quoting, and deal desk processes.
• Co-lead the annual operating plan with Finance and Sales leadership; support territory planning and quotas.
