PolicyMe is seeking a RevOps leader to build and scale the revenue engine for a new Home & Auto insurance line. You will own HubSpot-driven processes, reporting, and workflows to accelerate growth.

In this remote-first role, you will administer HubSpot architecture, automate data flows, design lead routing, pipeline stages, and dashboards to inform strategy across the sales function. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize revenue operations and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RevOps, CRM, or operations.
• Hands-on HubSpot admin and analytics skills.
