Latham & Watkins is seeking a Senior Manager to support revenue and financial analysis for all US offices within their region. Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Six+ years of accounting experience, with at least two years in client billing.
• Minimum of two years in a management capacity.
• Experience in a professional services organization.
• Experience with Elite accounting system or comparable software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Revenue Operations with revenue-related setup for new or expanding offices, including travel to offices to assess needs and recruit revenue staff.
• Create and update training materials, and train revenue staff and assistants on proper revenue procedures.
• Ensure Inventory Management Gold Standard is implemented effectively across practice offices.
• Review revenue procedures for efficiency and resource use, and interpret accounting policies.
• Develop and manage a bill auditing function and ensure billing staff follow firm policies.
• Protect highly sensitive information and confidential data handled by Latham & Watkins.
