Your Career
As an NPI Revenue Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that shape how we bring new products and services to market — with accountability for revenue operations, process integrity, and system readiness. You will work with a passionate team of finance, IT, and product professionals to build and scale world-class NPI revenue practices. Your Impact
Lead cross-functional revenue readiness and execution for new product and service introductions, partnering with Product Management, Sales, Legal, IT, and Finance
Develop scalable frameworks for evaluating revenue implications of NPI initiatives, including pricing models, system readiness, and technical accounting assessments
Oversee the end-to-end process of revenue system implementation (SAP S/4HANA), from business requirement gathering through functional design and deployment
Manage and mentor analysts responsible for UAT, revenue modeling, and automation
Represent Finance in major cross-functional NPI and GTM (Go-To-Market) programs, ensuring system design and controls align with revenue recognition policies (ASC 606)
Drive efficiency and accuracy in SAP system integrations supporting order-to-cash cycles and product catalog configuration
Prepare and review technical accounting memos for new product offerings in accordance with US GAAP and SOX 404 controls
Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and NPI best practices across revenue operations
Present findings, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and business acumen
Stay ahead of evolving technology and compliance trends to support continuous innovation in revenue operations
Qualifications:

Your Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience strongly preferred
8+ years of progressive experience in revenue accounting, revenue operations, or finance in the high-tech or SaaS industry
Proven leadership in NPI or GTM programs with a track record of delivering scalable financial solutions
Deep understanding of ASC 606, revenue recognition principles, and system-driven revenue operations
Advanced expertise in SAP (especially S/4HANA) and strong system implementation experience
Strong analytical and modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI/reporting tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for solving complex business challenges
Experience managing or mentoring a team is preferred
Local to SF bay area to be onsite

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected.
