Commerce is seeking a Revenue Operations leader to align Sales, Partner and Customer Success within an AI-powered GTM stack. You will own pipeline processes, forecast accuracy, and territory planning while delivering data-driven insights to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales/ revenue operations within SaaS or tech
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Strong analytical skills with financial modeling, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools Looker/Tableau
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve reporting and insights
• Deep understanding of the full revenue lifecycle including pipeline management, forecasting, territory and quota planning

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Operations function across Sales, Partner and Customer Success
• Enable pipeline growth and retention through strong processes, systems, and analytics
• Identify operational gaps and design scalable solutions across the revenue lifecycle
• Partner with Sales, Partner, Customer Success and Finance to define and deliver annual/quarterly targets
• Translate strategic initiatives into execution plans with milestones and owners
• Drive forecast accuracy and territory planning in partnership with Sales and Finance
• Define and own core KPIs and develop executive dashboards for leadership
• Orchestrate AI-enabled dashboards and semantic search tools for GTM needs
• Lead cross-functional operating cadences and hire/develop the Revenue Operations team
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement across revenue functions
