This cross-functional role collaborates with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Account Executives to align performance with financial targets, implement automated workflows, and deliver executive-ready dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Commercial Finance.
• Analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization.
• CRM expertise—Salesforce dashboards and reports.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Understanding of podcasting, YouTube, and social ad ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Optimize revenue tech and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Develop data-driven revenue forecasts and track pipeline health.
• Create unified GTM dashboards and AE-specific reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and AEs to inform planning.
