Job summary

FOX News Channel is seeking a Director, Advertising Solutions to drive go-to-market of ad tech products and capabilities that boost FOX ad sales revenue and improve advertiser experience. This role works cross-functionally to translate strategy into actionable plans.

You will gather market insights, define product requirements with engineering and marketing, and support sales through training and enablement materials while coordinating with Yield, Client Services, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in advertising across TV/streaming, digital media, and/or programmatic advertising.
• Solid understanding of the media ecosystem and advertiser needs.
• Familiarity with privacy and compliance issues relevant to media and advertising.

Responsibilities

• Gather and synthesize insights from clients, sales, partners, and industry sources to inform market needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with peer teams to ensure signal aggregation is consistent.
• Support evaluation and prioritization of new capabilities.
• Maintain integrated roadmap for customer-facing products with analysis and competitive context.
• Partner with engineering and product teams by providing business requirements and specs.
• Serve as a business SME during development and tradeoffs.
• Coordinate with Yield, Client Services to document processes for launches.
• Support rollout of new products to the sales org and train teams.
• Develop messaging and narrative for Fox Ad Sales.
• Represent Fox capabilities in client and internal sales meetings.
