Job summary

FOX News Channel is seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager to support campaigns from pre-sale pitches through post-sale reporting. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Assistants on pitch decks, lead kickoff and execution, and deliver clear wrap reports to clients.

You will manage multiple campaigns, translate performance data into insights, and partner with internal teams to ensure successful renewals and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in media, advertising, account management, or campaign operations.
• Experience supporting both pre-sale (pitch development, decks) and post-sale (campaign execution, reporting) workflows.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to present performance and insights clearly and confidently.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data and translating it into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sale Collaboration: develop pitch materials, proposals, and client decks with Account Executives and Sales Assistants.
• Campaign Kickoff & Execution: lead kickoffs, gather assets, coordinate across teams, ensure on-track delivery.
• Client Management & In-Flight Communication: serve as primary client contact post-sale, provide updates and performance insights.
• Post-Sale Reporting & Recaps: own wrap reports and recaps, translate performance into actionable insights for renewals and upsell.
