NexCore Group is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to supervise a team of Revenue Operations Specialists and own billing, collections, and accounts receivable for a portfolio of senior living communities. You will partner with accounting and community leadership to improve collections and internal controls while ensuring responsive service to residents and their families.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Senior living or multifamily housing experience preferred.
• Direct supervisory experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of Medicaid billing is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the daily work of Revenue Operations Specialists; assign priorities, balance workloads, and coordinate coverage to meet billing and collection deadlines.
• Train and coach team members, review work for accuracy, provide feedback, and support performance evaluations with management.
• Serve as the first escalation point for complex billing, collection, and payment concerns and maintain property portfolio supervision.
• Prepare and issue accurate monthly resident statements; verify rates, service charges, occupancy changes, and adjustments with community teams.
• Maintain billing schedules and records for private pay and third-party payors; investigate discrepancies and coordinate timely corrections.
• Process and apply checks, ACH, credit card payments, and other receipts; promote ACH enrollment in line with policy.
• Review accounts receivable aging, follow up on past-due balances, document collection activity, and elevate unresolved balances for approval.
• Communicate professionally with residents and families; introduce billing support to new move-ins and respond to inquiries within service standards.
• Coordinate Medicaid billing follow-up with designated staff and payors; track submissions, reimbursements, and discrepancies.
• Develop, document, and maintain billing policies and procedures; obtain approvals and train staff on changes.
• Monitor billing timeliness, past-due balances, and recovery actions; report trends and action plans to management.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, revenue reporting, and audit requests with documentation.
• Collaborate with executives and community staff to resolve account issues and ensure proper documentation.
