Job summary

NexHealth is seeking a senior revenue accounting leader to own ASC 606 policy and judgment calls, oversee the Order-to-Cash function, and guide pricing governance during a migration to Stripe and a CPQ-driven workflow.

You will partner with RevOps, Engineering, Product, and Sales to ensure accurate revenue reporting, support multi-year agreements, and act as the primary auditor contact for revenue matters.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience, with 5+ years in revenue accounting/rev rec in a SaaS, API, Payments, or marketplace business.
• CPA certification or strong preference for CPA.
• Hands-on ASC 606 experience with usage-based pricing and multi-year agreements.

Responsibilities

• Own the Order-to-Cash function end to end (billing, collections, sales tax, MRR/ARR reporting) and lead the billing engine build on Stripe.
• Own ASC 606 revenue recognition policy end to end as pricing shifts to consumption-based models.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Engineering, and Product to ensure data flows support reporting.
• Co-own ARR/Bookings/MRR definitions and pricing governance documents with RevOps and Sales leadership.
• Review contracts for rev rec impact and brief CFO on key judgments; lead CPQ flow with deal desk.
