Job summary

Civitas Senior Living is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to join our corporate team in Fort Worth, in-office.

You will oversee billing and collections across multiple communities, drive AR performance, review accounts, and ensure accuracy in RealPage OneSite. Strong Excel skills and 2–4 years in AR/collections required; experience in senior living preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, resident billing, or related financial operations.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, multifamily housing, or multi-location operations preferred.
• Experience with RealPage OneSite or similar billing/platform preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliations.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive collections performance by monitoring aging and delinquent accounts.
• Lead weekly AR reviews and coordinate with leaders to resolve balances.
• Manage resident billing and validate rent rolls in RealPage OneSite.
• Resolve billing discrepancies, unapplied payments, and variances.
• Support month-end close and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Prepare aging reports and performance scorecards; identify trends.
