Job summary

Nexushm in Belleville, IL is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee the facility's financial and administrative operations, including resident accounts, Medicare/Medicaid billing, and private-pay collections. The role ensures accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

You will process deposits, handle credit card payments, liaise with the corporate office and families on billing questions, and verify eligibility to ensure accurate information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• SNF BOM or Assistant BOM experience required.
• Working knowledge of PCC, census, Medicaid and Medicare.
• Excellent time management & organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial files on all residents and ensure all documentation is completed.
• Complete daily deposits, process credit card payments and submit them to corporate biller for posting.
• Act as a liaison between the corporate office and family members for all billing related questions.
• Complete all therapy verifications by rerunning all eligibility to ensure accurate information is given.
