Job summary

Eduro Healthcare LLC is seeking a Business Office Manager to lead billing, AR and collections in our Texas facility. You will collaborate with administration to improve cash flow, reduce bad debt, and ensure accurate revenue capture using PCC.

Strong communication and team leadership are essential to deliver high-quality resident services. This role requires recent SNF billing experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to maintain regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing billing, AR, and collections in SNF settings.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Experience supervising other staff in the facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and ensure timely cash collections.
• Attend weekly AR aging reviews with Administrator and AR Director.
• Ensure Month End duties are completed accurately for revenue recognition.
• Verify PCC data accuracy for all AR areas and coordinate changes as needed.
• Maintain strong compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
