US Career Partners is seeking an Accounts Receivable Leader for a high-growth SNF portfolio. The role oversees AR across multiple facilities, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing AR teams.
• Strong knowledge of billing and collections regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid billing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise the accounts receivable team for all SNF companies under our client’s management.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and collections processes for all facilities.
• Monitor AR aging reports and resolve outstanding balances.
• Review and approve adjustments, refunds, and write-offs as needed.
• Develop and implement policies to improve AR efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with facility administrators and billing staff to resolve issues.
• Train and mentor AR staff to ensure productivity and accuracy.
• Conduct regular audits for compliance with billing policies.
• Provide regular reports to upper management on AR status across facilities.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in billing practices.
• Communicate with insurers to resolve claims or payment issues.
• Handle escalated inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Seek opportunities to streamline AR processes.
