Job summary

First Order Effects is seeking a Revenue Operations lead to own the pipeline, forecasting, and market analysis for our growth team. You will manage the CRM as the system of record, maintain hygiene, and produce briefs for leadership.

On-site in Arlington, VA or Austin, TX with situational telework; compensation $85,000–$125,000 base plus equity. Two to five years in revenue operations or related roles preferred; advanced spreadsheet and BI skills expected.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CRM as system of record in a scaling growth function.
• 2–5 years in revenue operations, sales/BD ops, capture analysis, or analytical consulting.
• Strong ability to turn inputs into actionable one-page briefs for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline: CRM hygiene, stage definitions, exit criteria, workflows and integrations.
• Report pipeline health: coverage, conversion, velocity, aging; build dashboards for CGO, CEO, and board.
• Publish regular market reports on segments, budgets, and program elements; monitor federal contracting sources.
• Coordinate follow-up actions, meetings, and after-action reports; ensure timely CRM logging.
