RQD Clearing is seeking a Director of Marketing & Sales Operations in New York, NY (Hybrid) with optional remote work across the United States. You will lead revenue operations, aligning Marketing, Sales, Relationship Management and Onboarding to create a measurable client journey from awareness through engagement.

The role emphasizes CRM management (HubSpot), funnel development, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and ongoing website optimization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, or a related role.
• Experience implementing and managing a CRM (HubSpot preferred).
• Strong operational discipline and ability to drive cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage end-to-end prospect and client funnel from awareness to onboarding and relationship expansion.
• Lead CRM implementation, standards, data quality, and reporting across teams.
• Direct SEO and SEM strategy, manage vendor priorities and budgets, improve visibility and lead generation.
• Oversee website development and optimization, content maintenance, landing pages, and analytics-driven improvements.
