Partner Company in the United States seeks a leader to drive business development and marketing operations for a purpose-driven organization, partnering with senior leadership to align sales and marketing strategies.

You will guide process governance, manage Salesforce and marketing technologies to improve lead management and campaign measurement, and coach a team of three across Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and PMO, fostering growth and collaboration.

Formación

• At least eight years of experience in revenue or commercial operations.
• Strong Salesforce, analytics, and project management skills.
