Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, or related roles.
• Experience supporting both new logo and account management teams.
• Strong background in B2B services, MSP, SaaS, or technology services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to improve pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and revenue outcomes.
• Lead pricing discipline, compensation design, and deal governance with cross-functional teams.
• Design and optimize compensation plans for account executives and managers.
