Job summary

Wind River seeks a highly analytical Customer Experience Revenue Operations Manager to drive predictable growth and financial visibility across CX. You will coordinate between CX, Finance, and Go-To-Market to forecast, measure, and scale the business with a focus on large, multi-year partnerships.

The role requires deep experience in revenue forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting, plus strong cross-functional influence and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in operations leadership across CX, Finance, or Go-to-Market functions.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Experience with multi-year partnerships and partner-driven revenue models.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting & financial alignment with Finance for planning and variance analysis.
• Track and forecast large multi-year commitments; identify risks and opportunities.
• Establish scalable processes for tracking performance and accountability.
• Create dashboards/reporting for real-time revenue visibility.
• Model capacity and demand to enable scalable delivery.
• Collaborate with CX, Sales, and Finance on priorities and execution.
