Tripleseat is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide and grow multiple engineering teams in a cloud-based SaaS environment. You will own delivery health, set architectural standards, and oversee AI-enabled workflows, while partnering with Product, Security and Compliance to ensure governance.

The role emphasizes leadership development and clear communication with executives. You will mentor managers, review architecture, and drive continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• 6+ years managing software engineering teams
• 2+ years managing managers or senior leads
• Hands-on with Rails, React, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows
• Fluency in engineering metrics (cycle time, defects, review capacity)
• Proven track record developing managers/engineers
• Strong communication with senior leadership and cross-functional partners
• Experience with Security/Compliance governance

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineering managers and senior technical leads
• Own engineering delivery health across teams
• Set and uphold standards for code quality and architecture
• Drive adoption of AI tooling with governance in mind
• Build and maintain the leadership pipeline for future scope
• Partner with Product, Design, Security, and Compliance
• Present metrics and strategic updates to senior leadership
• Other related duties as assigned
