Job summary

PTI is seeking a Revenue Specialist Coordinator to join the Revenue Operations team in Evansville. You will help ensure trips and shifts are billed accurately and on time, supporting daily billing activities and process improvements.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, collaboration with internal partners, and compliance with billing policies. On-the-job training is provided with room for advancement within a growing company.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma/equivalent minimally.
• Computer experience with Excel and Word.
• Good communication skills—verbal and written.
• Proven speed and accuracy with numbers.
• Strong teamwork ethic.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet Billing End of Month Deadlines.
• Process trips assigned according to contract languages and PTI billing deadlines.
• Identify trips that are not billable and process in CREW and the customer system.
• Training/Cross Training.
• Assist other team members when required to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist team coordinator with assigned tasks as needed.

As a Revenue Specialist Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring trips and shifts are billed accurately and on time. You'll work closely with Revenue Operations, Operations, and other internal partners to resolve discrepancies, support daily billing activities, and help maintain compliance with billing policies and procedures. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to contribute to process improvement and operational success.
