Job summary

Seed Labs is seeking a Technical Operations Analyst to join a hands-on, revenue-focused team in San Francisco. You will own the operational backbone behind revenue tracking, deal flow data, and maintaining clean tooling as we scale.

You’ll work directly with sales, finance, and product to connect platform activity with internal data, build automations, and deliver trustworthy numbers for leadership decisions. This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in revenue/technical operations at a startup.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) and customization.
• Experience building automations and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain revenue operations stack with CRM, billing, analytics tooling.
• Build automations, workflows, and integrations to reduce manual work.
• Develop reporting and dashboards for pipeline, revenue, and health.
• Partner with finance on billing accuracy and revenue recognition.
• Investigate data discrepancies, broken integrations, and system issues.
• Document processes and build playbooks to scale operations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to flag data needs.
