The role collaborates with Finance and IT to implement efficient processes and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in payment processing, a BA/BS in a related field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in payment processing and interchange rates.
• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and communicate commissions fluctuations month-over-month and approve compensation calculations.
• Develop and maintain KPI metrics to monitor monthly revenue and cost.
• Manage data quality across multiple systems.
• Review bi-annual card brands interchange rate updates and analyze impact.
• Provide recommendations to residual payment schedules to maximize revenue.
• Monitor revenue portfolios including partner schedule changes and validation.
• Collaborate with IT to streamline data manipulation and process design.
• Work with Finance to develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Lead process improvements to ensure quality and adherence to internal standards.
• Draft procedures and document data sources for stored procedures.
