Job summary

Arrive, based in Atlanta, is seeking a Payments Analyst to drive net revenue optimization across our payments ecosystem. You will partner with Sales, Account Management, Accounting, Finance, and Product to craft bespoke financial strategies and safeguard data integrity.

You will investigate reconciliation issues, generate pricing proposals, analyze interchange costs, and apply AI-driven insights to identify cost anomalies and boost processing efficiency while aligning forecasts with product

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive experience as a Payments Analyst or similar role focused on payment processing and revenue optimization.
• Deep domain knowledge of interchange rates, scheme fees, card network pricing, and transaction processing workflows.
• Advanced financial modeling and pricing analysis with large-scale transactional data.
• Experience investigating and resolving data reconciliation discrepancies using reconciliation or BI tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, Accounting, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive investigations into reconciliation issues to ensure transaction accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Generate bespoke pricing proposals and financial models to support Sales and Account Management.
• Analyze payment costs (interchange rates, scheme fees) to optimize processing strategies and pricing.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Product to ensure data integrity and aligned forecasting.
• Monitor payment processing trends and deliver processing cost savings.
• Leverage AI-assisted data analysis and predictive modeling to identify cost anomalies and automate reconciliations.
