Job summary

Abutment is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst in Dalton, GA to turn CRM and commercial data into trusted reporting and actionable insights. You will own and advance Power BI/Qlik dashboards, support forecasting, revenue analytics, and KPI tracking across sales and operations.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and IT to gather requirements, improve CRM data quality to at least 95%, and deliver monthly insights and recommendations to RevOps leadership.

Qualifications

• Turn CRM and commercial data into trusted reporting and actionable insights.
• Launch standardized dashboards for pipeline, forecast, revenue, margin and sales performance.
• Improve completeness and accuracy of CRM fields to at least 95%, with monthly data-quality reporting.
• Establish an integrated CRM/ERP reporting model with KPI definitions.
• Own development and maintenance of Power BI/Qlik dashboards and recurring sales reports.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations and IT to gather requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and maintenance of Power BI/Qlik dashboards, scorecards and recurring sales reports.
• Lead CRM reporting, adoption and data-quality monitoring across leads, opportunities, pipeline and customer activity.
• Develop integrated datasets combining CRM, ERP, finance, marketing and operations.
• Drive analysis of pipeline, forecast, revenue, bookings, margin and sales performance.
• Ensure KPI definitions, report documentation, testing, user training and timely ad hoc analysis.
