Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst for a 12‑month maternity cover to partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance across EMEA and the US to deliver accurate reporting, dashboards, and insights across multiple data sources to enable data‑driven decision making.

The role requires 2–4 years in data or revenue operations, strong Excel/Sheets skills, experience with Salesforce and Clari, and excellent communication to translate data into clear business actions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, revenue operations, or similar roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization/reporting tools.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and familiarity with tools like Clari is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear insights.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis across multiple systems to help inform decision-making for Bloomreach’s Sales teams.
• Assist Revenue Operations leaders in partnering with EMEA Sales stakeholders to track performance against key targets.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports to ensure timely and accurate visibility into business metrics.
• Deliver recurring reporting and insights to cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance).
• Support the execution of Revenue Operations initiatives and projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Identify data inconsistencies or process gaps and proactively suggest improvements.
