Zusammenfassung

Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations / Business Intelligence Analyst to transform messy data into trusted, decision-ready insights. You’ll own reporting across GTM, revenue, product adoption, and churn, while improving data quality in our CRM and data warehouse.

You’ll collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams, prototype AI-driven reports, and scale successful dashboards into production BI tools, enabling informed weekly decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in revenue operations, data analytics, or related field.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills with attention to data quality.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker/Sigma).
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and AI-driven prototyping.

Aufgaben

• Own weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and reporting across GTM funnel, payments, product adoption, churn, and customer success.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Sales to integrate product usage data into CRM.
• Automate data pipelines and standardize fields to improve data hygiene.
• Prototype reports with AI tools and scale successful ones into production BI.
