Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst II in a remote-first role to optimize the top of the funnel. You will own lifecycle processes, automate workflows, and ensure data quality across leads, contacts, and accounts entering the revenue funnel.

Collaborating with Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales, you will design routing logic and drive improvements in Salesforce, Pardot, and LeanData to scale revenue operations and surface actionable insights.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
• 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot).
• Mastery of Excel / Google Sheets and solid BI tool understanding.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize top-of-funnel lifecycle processes with emphasis on automation and data quality.
• Define lead routing logic and automation triggers; coordinate with Business Systems for implementation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, Analytics.
• Support attribution tracking and funnel performance analysis to surface actionable insights.
• Develop workflow automations (Slack, cross-tool workflows) to speed up lead handling and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with Business Systems to improve Salesforce and GTM tooling for data integrity at funnel entry.
• Partner with Revenue Enablement to train revenue teams on top-of-funnel processes and tooling.
