Job summary

Alta Medical Specialties, LLC in Salt Lake City seeks a Revenue Operations Analyst to own data and process support for sales and operations. This hands-on, self-starter role reports to leadership and manages projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities include ERP admin (NetSuite), CRM administration (HubSpot), building analytics in Power BI, REST API integrations, and data quality across systems. You will collaborate with IT, marketing and sales to deliver practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong data skills and ability to translate sales questions into data terms.
• Experience building integrations or automations using REST APIs.
• Ability to design practical systems from loosely defined problems.
• Judgment on build vs buy; ability to scope solutions.
• Comfortable pushing back with leadership and offering better options.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop ERP, including scripts, saved searches and workflows.
• Administer CRM and support the sales process, including workflows, reporting and data quality.
• Build and maintain analytics and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Design and maintain integrations and automations between systems via REST APIs and web apps.
• Support core IT, marketing automation and sales enablement.
• Maintain data infrastructure and document systems.
• Evaluate new needs and propose solutions with cost/tradeoffs.
• Maintain a prioritized project list and review weekly with leadership.
