We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to own the systems, data and processes behind our sales and operations. This is a hands‑on role for an independent self‑starter who wants to build solutions that fit how the business actually runs. You'll meet weekly with leadership on priorities and manage your own projects from there.

- Design and maintain integrations and automations between systems using REST APIs, workflow tools and custom web apps.
- Support core IT, marketing automation and sales enablement.
- Maintain our data infrastructure and keep systems documented.
- Evaluate new needs as native, custom or off‑the‑shelf solutions, and bring leadership proposals that cover cost and tradeoffs.
- Keep a prioritized project list and review it with leadership each week.

- Strong data skills, including the ability to turn business and sales questions into data terms and back
- Experience building integrations or automations between systems, including REST APIs
- Understands business use cases well enough to deliver systems and processes that work in practice
- Comfortable working without a spec and able to turn a loosely defined problem into a plan
- Sound judgment on build vs. buy, and willing to scope what a solution would take rather than saying no
- Confident pushing back, including with leadership, when a proposed fix won't solve the problem, and offering a better one
Preferred Experience
- ERP administration, ideally NetSuite
- CRM administration, ideally HubSpot
- SQL, DAX or similar, plus experience with BI tools like Power BI
- Background in sales, marketing or business operations
- A track record of building something because it needed to exist, even though no one asked for it
