Job summary

Kipu Health, LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations in the Salt Lake City area. The role focuses on building and maintaining Salesforce-based reports, dashboards, and data processes to enable growth across GTM teams.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Implementation to deliver insights and optimize revenue performance. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in revenue operations, expertise in Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel, and strong communication skills to mentor

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of proven work experience in Revenue Operations or similar role.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of Marketing & Sales Operations processes and systems.
• Ability to mentor Jr Analysts and influence across the org.
• Excellent communication with executive partners.

Responsibilities

• Build reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Maintain key processes and monitor adoption.
• Analyze reports to identify trends and inform strategy.
• Support Sales with Salesforce reporting needs.
• Manage data across BI tools like Power BI and Salesforce.
• Track KPIs across operations and coordinate with Finance and Sales.
