Qualifications
- 2+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Ops at a high-growth B2B tech company.
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into simple narratives.
- Builder mindset with ability to create durable processes from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Data Quality: Validate account and opportunity data and recommend improvements.
- GTM Systems: Help troubleshoot issues and configure new users.
- Project Management: Design and operationalize improvements to streamline the work of customer-facing roles. Ensure every function in the GTM org runs with consistency and scale.
- Enablement: Equip AEs, SDRs, and broader GTM team with the frameworks, playbooks, and training they need to execute at a high level.
- Analytics & Insights: Build reports and dashboards that give GTM leadership visibility into pipeline health, funnel conversion, win/loss trends, and revenue forecasts.
