Priority Commerce is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst in Alpharetta, GA. This role will contribute analytical expertise to the Operations team, focusing on optimizing pricing and billing opportunities and delivering insights to stakeholders.

The candidate will develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to support leadership decisions and cross-functional collaborations with Finance and IT. Strong data integrity and process improvements are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in payment processing and interchange rates.
• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Analyze commissions payments fluctuations month-over-month and approve compensation calculations.
• Develop and maintain KPI metrics to monitor monthly revenue and cost.
• Ensure data quality across multiple systems.
• Review interchange rate updates and analyze impact; propose pricing changes.
• Provide recommendations to residual payments schedules to maximize revenue.
• Monitor revenue portfolios and validate agent buy-rates.
