Job summary

Workcare Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to own reporting, financial modeling, and revenue analysis across the full lifecycle from new business through renewals.

You will partner with Sales and Marketing to surface trends that drive revenue and retention, while building scalable processes and dashboards within Salesforce and BI tools. The role focuses on new business pipeline and revenue recognition, with opportunities to expand into renewals, expansion, and net revenue retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field.
• 2-4 years’ experience in revenue operations, sales operations, data analytics, financial analytics, or commercial analytics.
• Strong Excel skills with complex models and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Owns recurring reporting across leads, opportunities, pipeline, renewals, and revenue recognition.
• Maintains financial models including commission calculations, forecast inputs, and bookings-to-revenue bridges.
• Supports the weekly pipeline forecast process and data preparation for revenue impact.
• Owns Salesforce data hygiene, dashboard upkeep, and basic automation.
• Builds reporting and dashboards for Sales and Marketing; analyzes trends to grow revenue and improve retention.
• Develops post-sale analytics including renewal, expansion, and net revenue retention reporting.
• Researches, evaluates, and recommends tools/vendors; manages implementation and end-user enablement.
• Documents processes and maintains SOPs for repeatable workflows; supports sales operations mechanics.
• Identifies and prototypes automation and AI-driven improvements to reduce manual effort.
