Job summary

Skimmer, a fast-growing data-driven company, seeks a Revenue Operations/Data Analytics professional to own recurring reporting, ensure data quality, and expand analytics across GTM, finance, and operations. You’ll work closely with executives to turn messy data into trusted numbers and automate CRM pipelines.

You’ll progress toward owning critical reports as you learn Skimmer’s data model, supporting acquisitions, and building AI-enhanced insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations, BI, or data analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and Snowflake querying.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Ability to support recurring production reporting processes.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Sigma/Looker/Tableau/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Keep weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and reporting up-to-date for GTM funnel, payments, product adoption, churn, and Customer Success metrics.
• Support revenue and finance reporting, including partner/referral revenue and embedded financing products.
• Automate manual processes to ensure CRM data populates automatically.
• Prototype new reporting with AI tools and collaborate with the Director, RevOps to productionize.
