Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a data-driven RevOps Analyst to turn messy data into reliable, leadership-ready reports. You’ll own recurring dashboards covering go-to-market funnel, revenue, churn, and product adoption, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve decision-making.

You are strong in SQL, comfortable with CRM data structures (HubSpot or Salesforce), and can prototype with AI tools to accelerate analyses.

Qualifications

• Prior work in revenue operations or data analytics in a SaaS environment.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data warehouses.
• Experience querying CRM data structures and maintaining data quality.
• Proficiency with a BI or reporting tool (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with AI tools for prototyping and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance weekly RevOps KPI dashboards (go-to-market funnel, revenue, churn, product adoption).
• Ensure data-quality gaps are closed and reports are timely and accurate.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to translate data into actionable insights.
• Partner with Product Analyst to integrate product usage data into the CRM.
• Automate manual reporting processes and prototype new analyses with AI tools.
