Boys & Girls Clubs of America is seeking a Senior Revenue Manager to lead reporting, forecasting, and analysis that safeguard revenue goals.

You will train partners, manage data quality in Salesforce and NetSuite, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and financial sustainability.

The role requires collaboration across departments, strong Excel capabilities, and the ability to translate complex data into clear dashboards and executive-ready reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting required; master's preferred.
• Minimum five years of financial analysis experience, with Salesforce and NetSuite experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
