Job summary

Outrigger in Honolulu is seeking a Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy and distribution for condominium and vacation rental portfolios, maximizing revenue and market share. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, pricing, inventory, and channel optimization using market trends and performance analytics.

Business or Hospitality-related degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including formulas), with working knowledge of PMS, CRS, and BI systems. Experience with hotel distribution channels, rate shopping tools, extranets, and competitive analytics. Strong understanding of RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, forecasting, and revenue strategy. Able to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, meet deadlines, and produce accurate, high-quality work.
