Job summary

Outrigger Resorts & Hotels in Waikiki seeks a Revenue Analyst to lead revenue strategy for condo and vacation rental portfolios. You will collaborate with operations and leadership to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution channels, and guide data-driven decisions.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with PMS, CRS, and BI systems; on-site full-time work in our Waikiki office offers growth opportunities and a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Two years in hospitality industry; at least two years in a revenue related discipline preferred.
• Business or Hospitality-related degree preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, including formulas; working knowledge of PMS, CRS, and BI systems.
• Experience with hotel distribution channels, rate shopping tools, extranets, and competitive analytics.
• Strong RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, forecasting, and revenue strategy understanding.
• Able to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, meet deadlines, and produce accurate, high-quality work.
• Candidates must be available to work onsite at our Waikiki office on a full-time basis.

Minimum Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including formulas), with working knowledge of PMS, CRS, and BI systems.


• Experience with hotel distribution channels, rate shopping tools, extranets, and competitive analytics.


• Strong understanding of RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, forecasting, and revenue strategy.


• Able to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, meet deadlines, and produce accurate, high-quality work.


• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and flexibility to work varied hours.


• Candidates must be available to work onsite at our Waikiki office on a full-time basis.

While base pay starts at $70,000- $74,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
