Outrigger is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for its Hawaii Vacation Condos by Outrigger. This onsite role in Honolulu leads sales and marketing across markets and partners with corporate teams to optimize revenue and brand positioning.

The candidate will interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity, consistency, and growth in occupancy and profit, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and aloha culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel sales with revenue strategy knowledge.
• 3+ years as a hotel sales director preferred.
• Degree in hospitality or sales & marketing preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Specific responsibilities include overseeing sales and marketing efforts and for overall positioning of the Hawaii Vacation Condos by OUTRIGGER division, owner and guest communications. Interact with both internal and external customers to achieve brand clarity and product uniformity. Maintain close relationship and collaboration with Corporate Brand and Marketing Departments. Work with Director of Revenue Management, Corporate Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development to ensure unit growth and Rate & Occupancy goals are met.Candidates must be available to work **onsite** at our Waikiki office on a full-time basis.**Minimum Requirements**5 years of experience in hotel sales with working knowledge of revenue strategy and hotel operations. 3 years of previous experience as a hotel sales director and/or degree within hospitality or sales & marketing is preferred.
