Main & Vine Hospitality Management Group, based in Lexington, Kentucky, is seeking a Corporate Director of Revenue Management to lead comprehensive revenue strategies across our hotel portfolio. You will drive rate, inventory, and marketing decisions to maximize ROI and support exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in revenue management or related sales/marketing roles, strong communication, and IT prowess (Excel, Opera, Salesforce, MS Office).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in reservations management, revenue management or sales & marketing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong IT foundation: Proficient in Excel, Opera, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Windows.
• Experience with Hilton, IHG and Independent hotels preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• All functions of revenue management including daily rate and inventory management.
• Update weekly reports, attend, and contribute to the respective meetings.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze production reports to provide business performance reviews and forecasting.
• Supports sales teams on pricing decisions and concessions.
• Monitor OTA market segments and ensure parity across channels.
• Prepare Revenue Management Month End Reports.
