Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in reservations management, revenue management or sales & marketing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong IT foundation: Excel, Opera, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Windows.

Responsibilities

• All functions of revenue management including daily rate and inventory management.
• Update weekly reports, attend, and contribute to the respective meetings.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze production reports for business performance and pricing strategies.
• Supports sales teams on pricing, ancillary spend, concessions, and liabilities.
• Evaluates optimal mix of business.
• Monitor OTA market segments; set and review production goals and on-line content.
• Provide reporting and analyst assistance to revenue generating departments.
• Review group cut-off dates to ensure proper inventory is sold.
• Prepare Revenue Management Month End Reports.
