Job summary

Main & Vine in Lexington, KY, is seeking a Corporate Director of Revenue Management to lead comprehensive revenue strategies for our hotel portfolio. You will oversee rate, inventory, and marketing alignment to maximize ROI and deliver exceptional client experiences across properties.

The role requires collaboration with sales and front-office teams, development of reporting, and governance of rate parity and system maintenance to support decision-making and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in reservations management, revenue management or sales & marketing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong IT foundation is required: Proficient in Excel, Opera, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Windows.
• Experience with Hilton, IHG and Independent hotels preferred.
• Background in select-service, extended-stay, or limited-service environments preferred.
