Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is seeking an Area Director of Revenue to maximize revenue opportunities across the hotel portfolio through expert yield management, pricing, and forecasting. You will lead inventory decisions and collaborate with property teams to drive RevPAR and profitability.

The role requires strong data analysis, strategic market insights, and the ability to coordinate with sales, operations, and marketing to optimize distribution and performance for transient and group segments.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-year degree in business statistics, revenue management, or hospitality OR 1+ year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Set, manage, and collaborate with GM/DOS to input yield controls to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with front office to optimize inventory and upselling.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on group and catering strategies for max revenue.
• Manage brand/third-party channels and analyze ROI on marketing programs.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Leverage Revenue Management systems for forecasting and reporting.
• Analyze revenue reports and adjust inventory/rates accordingly.
• Prepare market segmentation and pace reports; interpret sales data.
• Assist with 30-60-90 day forecast and annual budget with strategy team.
