Job summary

LV Collective is seeking a Revenue Analyst to support pricing, revenue management, forecasting, market intelligence, and portfolio performance strategies across the LV Collective portfolio. You will partner with the Leasing & Revenue Management team to analyze occupancy, rent growth, concessions, and revenue trends, delivering actionable insights to optimize occupancy and income.

The role serves as the analytical engine for pricing decisions, reporting to the Director of Leasing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics or related field.
2–5 years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, leasing analytics, asset management, or related areas.
Understanding of occupancy, pricing strategy, concessions, and revenue optimization.
Experience analyzing market data, competitive surveys, rent trends, and property performance.

Responsibilities

Analyze property performance across assets, including occupancy, rent growth, concessions, and revenue trends.
Monitor pricing recommendations and identify opportunities for optimization.
Own weekly pricing recommendations for assets and present changes for approval.
Track leasing funnel metrics and conversion performance across the portfolio.
Consolidate data from multiple systems to create actionable insights for leadership.
