Job summary
LyvWell Apartments in Cleveland is seeking a Revenue Analyst to develop and execute lease pricing across an assigned portfolio. You will leverage Lease Rent Options and other revenue tools to analyze daily pricing, generate actionable insights, and support data-informed decisions for renewals and new leases.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Management, Accounting/Finance or related discipline preferred
- Advanced (Master) Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Management, Accounting/Finance or related discipline preferred
- 5-7 Years of relative work experience could offset the preferred educational requirements
Responsibilities
- Execute revenue pricing for new leases and renewals using market data and performance metrics.
- Monitor portfolio performance and update pricing models to support data-driven decisions.
- Configure and maintain pricing system parameters to align with asset strategies.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team for weekly pricing reviews.
- Travel to assigned properties as needed to gather data and support analysis.
