LV Collective is seeking a Leasing Manager for a student housing community. You will lead leasing, marketing, and resident experience efforts, guiding a team to exceed occupancy targets.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in sales or leasing with strong communication and a can-do attitude, willing to work evenings and weekends and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales and customer service experience (leasing experience is a bonus).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication skills—you’re warm, professional, and approachable.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist prospective residents, qualify their needs, and deliver engaging property tours to close the lease.
• Utilize professional leasing techniques to meet preleasing and occupancy goals.
• Answer incoming calls professionally, assist residents and team members with efficiency and care.
• Process and verify lease applications and communicate results timely.
• Maintain accurate client records and update activity reports and notices to vacate.
• Provide concierge-level service to residents and plan resident events.
• Lead and coach Leasing & Marketing Assistants on sales and leasing strategies.
• Collaborate with social media intern to align leasing and marketing messaging.
