Job summary

GGP is seeking a Revenue Analyst in Cleveland to develop and execute lease and renewal pricing strategies. You will leverage market data and revenue tools to optimize pricing across an assigned portfolio, working with portfolio teams to align pricing with market conditions and goals.

Responsibilities include building pricing models, analyzing portfolio trends, and supporting BI and analytics implementations. Travel up to 25% may be required to collect data and collaborate with site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master degree in relevant real estate/finance fields preferred.
• 5-7 years of relative work experience may offset education requirements.
• Experience in accounting/financial analysis with data-driven insights is required.
• 1-2 years in revenue management or pricing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute revenue pricing strategies for lease and renewal pricing using market data.
• Monitor portfolio performance; update pricing models and workbooks.
• Collaborate with revenue management to support weekly pricing reviews.
• Travel to properties as needed to gather data and support analysis.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Management, Accounting/Finance or related discipline
