Job summary

AREA15 Las Vegas is seeking a Sr. Revenue Manager to stand up pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory allocation for Attractions. You will own the P&L, build dynamic pricing models, and partner with Marketing, Finance and Operations to optimize guest value while driving revenue.

Lead analytics, design experiments, and maintain a single source of truth using Looker, Looker Studio, and e-commerce data. Expect varied shifts and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building dynamic pricing and demand forecasting programs.
• Familiarity with the Las Vegas events calendar and live entertainment market.
• Proven track record carrying commercial/P&L accountability.
• Hands-on fluency with BI and data visualization tools; SQL a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, operations and finance.

Responsibilities

• Design pricing architecture and inventory allocation for Attractions from scratch.
• Own and report on the Attractions P&L performance and forward‑looking projections.
• Lead pricing and packaging strategy for tickets, bundles, and VIP experiences.
• Build pricing models and manage dynamic pricing across experiences.
• Develop demand forecasts using event calendars, seasonality, and data.
• Create live dashboards and executive‑level reporting on revenue metrics.
• Collaborate with IT/data engineering to ensure data quality and integration.
• Translate insights into decision ready narratives for senior leadership.
• Run pricing experiments and A/B tests with clear hypotheses and readouts.
